How refunds actually work
Sellers decide refunds, not Traleado.
We’re a marketplace, not a reseller. The leads aren’t ours, so we don’t issue refunds on them. When you open a refund request, the seller who listed the lead reviews your reason alongside the full verification record (call transcript, SMS reply, captured intent) and approves or declines.
In practice, wrong number, false information, or a clear scope mismatch almost always get approved, because the verification record shows the lead didn’t match what the seller listed. Outcomes that happened afterthe verification call (they didn’t answer once you called, they went with someone else) typically don’t, because verification confirms intent at the moment of the call, not future behaviour.
Approved refunds land back in your Traleado wallet, usually within 1 business day. Traleado’s platform fee and any card processing fee are not refunded.
